Olimpia Biologist & Ecologist May 8, 2011 #2 You don't have to wait at all! Depending on his size, you can start giving him fruit flies, tiny worms, and even baby roaches. If there's a standard feeder that fits in his little mouth then it's ok to feed them to him.

beavesss New Member May 8, 2011 #3 He is about an inch and a half long and I feed baby crickets about a 1/4 inch long. If that helps.
