how many dubias?

i have been feeding my panther chameleon dubias instead of crickets lately, I feed him my extra adult male dubias with their pulled legs off. my panther is about 1 year old and i was just wondering how many do i feed him? the dubias are gut-loaded with fruits and veggies. i know that dubias have more nutrition than crickets, but how much more? i heard 6 cricket= 1 dubia but i dont know where i heard that from or if this is true.

At a year old it would be fine to feed every other day and 3-4 seems about right (2-3 every other day would be fine also, 4 adult males is quite a large meal)And I don't think you need to pull the legs. My Cham takes adult males just fine as is.

i am pulling off the legs because adult dubias have very spiny legs and i dont want them to hurt my chameleon's mouth. i hear that chameleons can get hurt from crickets legs, so better safe then sorry . Also how many crickets are compared to one dubia

when i get dubias i feed 3-4 every day some times ill miss a day people say ever other day but thats like saying your going to be fed every other day that would suck so thats why i dont follow that rule

How old is your Cham? I feed my under 8 month old Chams daily. My older Chams I feed every other day.

I only feed my male veil 2 dubias every other day, when i feed dubias.
