Rico is 4.5 months old, he is eating adult crickets now.

I am wondering how many adult crickets he should be eating per day.

I was giving Hammlet around 15 appropriately sized crickets at that age. The adult crickets may be too large for him. If they are larger than the space between his eyes, they are too big.

I got my chameleon at 5 months. Even then I didn’t give him large crickets. He ate about 10-20 small crickets per day. I went to mediums when he was 6.5 months. I didn’t do adult crickets until he was 8-10 months.

Hes eating 3/4 " crickets with ease, he eats about 10-12 a day.

My Rico is a big boy for 4.5 months old

As I understand it, they can eat as much as they want while growing.
As growth tapers off, so should amount of food.
