How much to feed?

I have a male veiled. He’s about 6 months old. He’s been in my care for 2 months. I feed him about 10 medium to large crickets and either one hornworm or one wax worm a day (worm is for hand feeding to get him used to my hands). I’ve seen so many varying opinions on how much to feed each day. Am I over doing it? He seems like he’s starving and looking for food ALL the time. I also put some escarole and dandelion greens in a small hanging bowl because he’s always nibbling all his plants (ficus, Pothos, umbrella plant). Crickets are currently gutloaded with dandelion greens, escarole, blueberries, apple, sweet potato, and oranges, along with zoomed natural cricket care.

Thank you. I’ve read this thread in my search to find more answers. So it’s completely fine to feed until he’s just done and doesn’t want anymore? He will taper off of this regime at around a year old?

I was told to feed them as much as they want until they are 9 months and then you have to cut back. People just say to not feed them anything up to 5 hours before lights out so they have time to digest. Hopefully this helps. I am not an expert by any means this is just what I heard

That’s kind of what I’ve been going with, but there were times I thought I’d given him too much because he just keeps eating lol thanks for your input

For males, if they aren't getting fat then generally you're not over feeding them. With females, you need to be careful not to over feed them especially as they approach sexual maturity so they don't produce large clutches of eggs, develop other health issues.
