how often can you mist your cham

Hi guys just wondering how often you can mist your chameleons with warm water?

There is no one answer for this question, as everyone's situation is different. As often as necessary to maintain the proper cage humidity level and to provide drinking water daily. They tend to lick wet foliage, so you need to mist enough to provide lots of droplets on the leaves. If your cham shows signs of dehydration you need to increase the length of time you mist, or do it more often.

He seems to really like the warm water being sprayed on him. He actually put his face towards it and looks like he's sunning. That's a big difference compared to when I accidentally hit him with the cool water for his leaves and he books it as fast as possible. He has some small left over shed pieces on his head and I was hoping misting him with warm water every couple of days would help it finally come off.
