How old

This is my male veiled chameleon, and I am wondering how old he is?? I recently started feeding 8-14 insects every other day instead of every day and I am wondering if this is the right age to do this or is he still too young. I have had him for about 3 months now.

Seems to be 5-6 months. When growing, it’s hard to truly over feed them. 8-14 what? How big? What are they fed?

They insects are small to medium size. Is this too much food or two little food?

He is saying it is not enough food. Your boy is too young to switch over to every other day. You want to hold off until 9 months old and then at that point reevaluate feeding amounts and schedule based on your chameleon. Yours is still a growing dude that needs the caloric intake.

What kinds of feeders are you giving?
