How soon after laying?

I have a female panther who was showing gravid colors for the past few weeks. She is now showing less dark color and more peach everyday, for the past 3 days. I cannot find any eggs in her laying bin. So, my question is how long after laying will they go back to being brightly colored? Did she possibly lay someplace else(her potted plants?)?
Any thoughts/advice will be appreciated.

Did you breed her? If not mated she may not lay and just show receptive colors again.

She had been bred before she came to me and I think only laid one clutch before I got her. I'll have to look through my emails to be sure, but I'm pretty sure he said she was ready to lay another clutch.

I have had her for 4 weeks.

Is there a difference between gravid and non-receptive coloring? Does non-receptive always mean gravid?
