How to best suspend or mount a Mercury Vapor Light

So I set up the 4' tall cage and am thinking about moving around some lighting. With the 27" tall table I have and the 4' cage we are talking almost 7' that I would need to hang this light to keep it a safe distance from the screen top. How have people accomplished this? I am in a rental apartment so I probably can't hang from the ceiling.

Does anyone have any innovative ideas for suspending the deep dome way up there?

You could buy the Exo Terra Lamp Bracket. They aren't too expensive and it seems they would be ideal for what you need.

How would I attach it? Zip ties?

I've read that the sticky foam is so strong that it attached right on to the screen with no problem, however I wouldn't fully trust that, and probably hot-glue gun it. Once the glue is dried it's pretty easy to peel off of screen with a little force behind it. Otherwise it'll hold that bad-boy right in place.

I have used hot glue more times since I started this hobby... I will try that method

Put a plant hook in the ceiling. When you move just remove and putty the hole. I have done that multiple times in rentals with no problems. I use a chain to adjust heights as these wont break or get too hot and melt. Only thing to caution is if the ceiling is the popcorn sprayed type as these can contain asbestos. Good luck!
