After spending so much money and having the stores crickets give my cham parasites I want to try and start breeding my own feeders. From reading I know that you have to have a good gutload and heat and what not. But how do I get them to breed properly and get them get a good colony of roaches going? I don't want to really do crickets cause they make so much noise so I'm leaning towards roaches. Anyone got some good advice?
