How To Change Diet

I have Dubias that I would like to feed my veiled but he is not interested. So far if you offer him anything but a cricket he shows no interest but as soon as he sees a cricket you bet watch your fingers. Just wondering if you guys had any advice on how to get him to try new things?

If he did try to wait me out I would think it would have negative affect on his growth. He is about 4.5 months old so I can understand that crickets were the only food he knew.

Try this cup feeding trick.

Place a cricket and a dubia or two,in a cup together, and offer. Chameleon will see the movement of things crawling around and chances are he/she will eat both insects.

I like that idea. It will get him used to something new while he will still have the option of eating what he knows.
