How to get a neon Chameleon without the beer

OK so I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes...lol

I got a chance to get one of the Budweiser neon signs with the chameleon on it. However I'm not a beer drinker...but I love the Chameleon.

So I brought it home & started to see what I could do. I didn't want to try & disconnect the lettering...I then took apart a fake log I had, using the bark part, & did a custom cutting job & fitted it to the sign. What do you think?

I want... I want very much.

Neon isn't hot like conventional bulbs, & since the back is concave it isn't tight against the bulbs anyway (they are fragile so it is hanging on the frame not the bulbs).

I got it from a local pawn shop (i know the owner so I got a good price)
there are a couple up on ebay, but watch the price.

The "log" came from a "shoot the tin cans off the log game" & I dismantled it. Then kept notching & trimming until it fit right. Since the "bark" was not that thick, I covered the inside of it with gorilla tape to keep the red from showing through.
