How to get rid of pests on leafy greens?

I've been trying to grow some mustard greens and arugula but I've realized that they have an aphids infestation and are eating my plants. How do you guys deal with this? I would prefer an organic alternative since I'm planning on growing these to feed roaches/crickets. Thanks

Purchase Ladybugs. When there done eating the pests they’ll fly away.
