How to keep crickets?

I grow a few things in my garden just for insects and our Iguana. Collards and chard. We also buy from our local farmers market bins of mixed greens meant for salads and stuff. It usually contains collard, chard, arugula, spinach, dandelion, baby romaine etc... I also throw in some squash or sweet potato. I am always changing it up a a little, but this is usually what they are getting.

I find them at Wal Mart cheap as can be and/or Dillons I would guess anywhere where theres a variety of fresh greens

I wish we had a local fresh produce store but Im from a rural area where there are none. I hope to grow a large garden someday.

Googling mustard greens confuse me a bit...
But apparently you can find them in most asian supermarkets as Gai Choy or Pak Gahd Kiew...

I never seen em but I have seen paksoi which looks alot alike and is also rich in vitamine A and calcium.

What about spinach? Easy to get, also pretty rich in calcium, even more vitamin A
Or maybe arugula?

I wouldn't use spinach. I don't give it to my beardie and I had a herman's tortoise that it was a no no for. I don't think a very small amount is bad but I just avoid it altogether. It is on the Avoid list in the resources tab(and I've seen it other places when researching gut loads).....

Avoid These Ingredients

Avoid these gutloading ingredients because they are low in calcium, high in phosphorus, goitrogens or oxalates: potatoes, cabbage, iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, corn, grains, beans, oats, bread, cereal, meat, eggs, dog food, cat food, fish food, canned or dead insects, vertebrates.

I just use it sparingly, there is very little in the mixes I buy. I just figure it won;t hurt in moderation.
