You might want to wait until they’re a little older just to be sure you’re getting a male. Maybe someone else can chime in and sex that cham for you

Tail suggests female. In my opinion

I've had subordinate males look female in the presence of more dominant males as neonates. Conversely I've had females raised individually display Male characteristics until 2-3 months old. I'm better with my lines as opposed to other people's lines that I'm unfamiliar with.
Matt and I have fun trying to determine other keepers Panther's sex.
