How to tell the age of your Chameleon

I was wondering if there was any way to tell the age of a chameleon? I got mine from a pet store & it was very neglected. He is doing great, eating well & very active. I'm just not sure how old he is. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Its hard to tell the age.... if you post a picture you will get a lot of guesses that will put you close but no way of telling the exaact age

you might need to have him on a ruler, or on your hand for a more specific guess!

You can use the vine for size referance. It looks like the 1/2 inch vine.

well he isn't using a walker.... im guessing he is about 37 in chameleon years.... its really difficult to guess the age.
but seriously... i'd say a year, maybe two?

I think he is about 8 months maybe nine. Inor around their. when I bout him he was supposed to be 4 months which would make him about 8 or 9 but he looks big. That is half inch vine.

Yeah you were right in the ballpark. He is totally dying to start breeding. He's getting that look in his eye... He seems to be rather fond of your picture, so he says!
