How's my feeding

For my veil, I've been dusting calcium without d3 6 days out of the week. On Sunday, I dust with multi-vitamins.

I rotate between crickets and dubia as staple. Every other day, I'll add one hornworms, superworms, or black fly larvae.

People will usually use multivit twice per month (a double dose could lead to a build up of vit a).
If you have plain calcium every feeding then a calcium with d3 twice per month is recommended.

For the insects the gutloading is most important, then adding as much variety as you can.

Edit: this depends on brands so check the labels, also if your cham gets enough natural sunlight then the d3 is not needed.

Add Calcium with D3 every other sunday rotating with the multivitamin. The only time you do not need to supplement D3 is if your cham is kept in an outdoor enclosure with exposure to natural sunlight throughout the day.

The feeders you listed are great. What kind of gutloading are you using for the feeders?
