I have a warm/cool humidifier i was planning to set up next to my viv, i was wonderin should i use warm mist or cool mist? Also if its sitting next to the viv will it do a sufficiant job or should i redirect it into the cage at the top or whatever?
Any ideas would b awEsome!

This is what I do, and I use cool mist, it lasts longer, and I get more mist:

My jackson male LOVES this thing!!

Definatly the cool side. Warm mist being steam gets way to hot. Try it next to ur cage to see how it works.. if not enough then put something directing it torwards the cage if not enough then plumb it to the top side so it waterfalls into it..

If you dont mind putting a hole in the screen, you can tube it in directly and avoid the condensation that forms on the screen.
Just make sure nothing can crawl into it!!

Cool mist should be fine. We use ReptiFoggers in the store (and at home) and it works well - and that fog comes out nice and cool. For us it's also getting to be the hot part of summer, too, so the cool fog helps keep some of the ambient temps lower.

Something like a Jackson's cham probably loves the cool fog!
