Humidity low, any tips or advice?

Hi there! My male panther appears to be suffering from low humidity. Was wondering if anyone had some advice for me?

I have a large exo-Terra terrarium (3ft high ×2ft wide × 18" deep). Glass sides, screen top.

I am using automatic sprinkler system, and watch the humidity gauge regularly, adjusting as required, but humidity has been low lately. The soil is soaked in my effort to increase the humidity.

I am in a high rise apartment, need air conditioning on regularly as I am getting afternoon sun. I didn't have any issues last summer, but really worried for my little guy!

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I wonder if your humidity gauge is accurate.

Humidity is currently at 50%

Right now only fake plants, my live ones weren't doing well in the past so I removed them...but with more reading I think I will put live plants back in!

Some of us have adapted a cool mist humidifier that blows into the cage. This is one of the 3 that I used in my kids' rooms:

Personally never trusted the dial types always have used multiple digital... moisture over times seems to affect the analogue dials which to me is silly.. hehe

My house is naturally dry i use a 10ltr humidifier on a humidity probe which keeps my tanks at 55% - 70% i also have another humidity controller which if it drops below 50% a backup misting system kicks in to quickly increase the humidity.
