Hi there! What sort of enclosure do you have and what soet of hygrometer do you use to measure your humidity. Also, where abouts in the enclosure do you have your hygrometer?

Many cases if your cham is kept indoors then the cage will always seem to be off. Our homes are not really built to hold humidity well at all. Plus or minus the drafts we have due to AC or extreme heatwaves. It is important that we always try to keep it up, but also to make sure the chameleon is drinking as well.

How big is your enclosure, is your guy eating well?

You have a lot of heat flooding into your cham's cage. Why do you need BOTH a 100w ceramic heater bulb and a Zoo Med 100w basking spot bulb? What are your cage temps? The more watts of heat you are using the faster your cage will dry out. And, test your humidity gauge by taking it in and out of very high humidity (like a shower). It could be faulty.
