humidity

hi all,

i was just woundering what the best humidity level should be for a 7 week old veiled?
i've read & re-read the blog that brad did on raising kitty the chameleon, but cant find any humidity levels.

at the moment, i have i digital hygrometer which is in the middle of the viv & that is reading 89% & i also have a stick on one at the top that is reading 79%.

he is sprayed 3 times a day (the last spray was about 30 mins ago)

i try to keep my yemens at 50-60%,i only spray them twice a day

Sounds a bit high Danni-If you are misting 3X a day it should be fine, but in a glass enlosure too high a humidity can lead to URI.

thank you - its dropped down to 56% now - i think it was because i had just misted him which is why it was so high.

The reason you can't find much info about humidity on the Kitty blog is probably because I don't worry about it too much.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention ... I will do some tweaking
