My chams stools recently havant had a white or yellow tip for urate recently so i misted for a longer time today is it ok to spray my cham is this something they like or will anoy? Obviously i dont want to make him upset. Also are there any sighns to look for if i think hes dehydrated?

Mine loves 5min showers, others run from all mistings and then drink after the rain. Urate can be a little orange where it meets the poo, but no more then 10% of the urate.

Other signs of dehydration are sunken eyes and folds or non springy skin. If you pull the skin on the cham, it should spring back into place. If it forms a tab then the cham is dehydrated.

Chams dont usually like to be sprayed directly with cool water. Heating it helps, but they respond much better to falling drops like rain esp Montaines.
What kind of cham do you have?

Dont be too neurotic about the urates being solid snow white.
Pigments from food and suppliments that are water soluble will stain them a darker color sometimes.
For example, Repashy calcium + has paprika extract, which will color the urates pinkish to orange.

AquaZamp LowProfile RainDome

Here is the AquaZamp RainDome doing a great job stimulating this parsoni to drink. Natural rain is much better than misting, IMHO.
