I Didn't Realize How Big He's Gotten

I knew Espio has been growing, he's shed several times since we got him 4 months ago, but I didn't realize how big he has gotten until I looked at the picture of him his first day home! In the first picture, he's 3 months old and the second picture I took today while we were hanging out outside. He was too busy climbing all around my arms, shoulders, and head to sit still for a nice picture.

Taking pictures is a great way to chronicle their growth. It can also be a good reference for watching their health. After Omar died I was looking at some of his pre-burn pictures and was shocked by the difference in his color. After treating the burn for a while he looked very pale and almost like he was dusty. I wished I would have looked at them sooner. I don't know if it would have made a difference in his outcome or not but I think it was a good example of how the stress of his injury took its toll on him.

Your guy is beautiful and it is amazing how fast they grow!

i agree taking pics has lots of benefits. and the transformation of their growth is insane when your able to see it. my guy now is 6 months got him when he was 2 months old and smaller than my thumb. its also neat seeing their colours slowly start to form and come in

Thanks so much guys! I certainly take a bunch of pictures of him.. I'll have to make sure to go through them occasionally to make sure I don't notice any changes.
