I do so love Titan

He's beautiful and in a great home! Congratulations (to you both)!
...now the obligatory Parson's question... How much does he weigh? :D

I was going to ask. LOL. The input tube looks to be close to level with the pump, which wouldn't create much stress for the pump at all. Even in a pump above bucket setup, the MistKing would likely last years.

That Parson's is absolutely STUNNING. You aren't making it any easier on me. I want a Parson's so very bad. However, I also recognize that I do not currently have the space to adequately support one, so I refrain for the time being. I will love my panther extra more instead until the day comes that I feel that I am ready to care for a captive bred (key words) giant.
Looking really nice Laurie!! I guess you didn't take the picture-it's so clear and in focus, and the lighting is great.

No you have got your Parsonii mixed up. There is only one White Lipped Orange Eye Rhinos and he is living in my greenhouse/aquarium room.

Laurie's is more of a "Teen Titan".

Best Regards

Now Jeremy, you need to be nice to me! You and the beast I loved for so long, Rhinos, were there all along teasing me with what I never expected to have!

I do love Titan, but he is not at all what I expected. I think he hates me, and I know he hates my phone!
I had expected he would find his spot and spend most of his time there. His spot seems to include every inch of his enclosure. We are currently designing he new, larger enclosure!

He does not hand feed, hates me touching him, even just to weight him, and is happy to never see me. Hubby is setting up a camera system so I can see him without bothering him. It makes me sad.

I've had my male for just shy of a year now, he was so nervous when I got him, it's taken this long for him to feed almost every time from my fingers, I even so it's still only my fingers must be in view, no hand or arm or he turns away, he feeds sometimes from forceps but make one wrong move and you've blown it for that feeding, the parson stink appears as it does most of the time, I had to handle him everyday since last July as he'd go outdoors and I had to pick him up to carry him in, he tolerates it but it's always a tense moment for both, but as I say it's taken a long time to get to here so I feel what you are feeling lol, I went into his enclosure the other day with my hair tied back, which I hardly ever do, he reacted and he's still a little different, I would not of realised how sensitive they are. I was spoilt with my bomb proof Panther! Haha.
Titan's gorgeous.
we are making a bigger enclosure here too.
