I have been bitten or my week in Daytona

Well it happened yet again. Lately I just can't be trusted near cute reptiles. All I went to Daytona after was supplies and to see friends. Seeing friends turned out great, I got to spend time with Jann & Mike (Jannb), Jeremy(Jerm), Luis & Nicole (Luevelvet) and of course a fantastic day with Ivan and Div ( Dr. Alfonso).

But the just supplies thing went astray. Ok I did buy supplies and a couple of auction items. It turns out I also like bitaeniatus as I bought 6 of them which Luis will send to me soon. I also got bit by that d*** gecko bug and have a pair of Williami geckos coming to me. I do blame fellow forum members for this new love - you know who you are. I promised myself no more species after the tav's. Ivan is correct, sadly, I need a keeper, instead of being one.

I didn't get to spend much time with a number of others but also got to meet or just talk to a few other friends, Juli (julirs), Danny (lizardlover) of course Chris Anderson, and a biggie for me Petr Necas.

Best week I have had in ages, thanks all my wonderful friends even the one's my brain forgot to list.

It was great to meet you and Lee! I want to make sure to spend more time together next year! I too expanded my Gecko collection with the 2 Leos I brought home from the auction. I saw Lee had a tortoise at the end...what else did you all go home with?

Sounds like a great week to me, lol! I laughed at Dr Alfonso's comment! If you had a keeper that would mean you would be force fed crickets and silkworms, lol! I just had an idea!!! I could be your keeper - you can move over here and I will 'keep' you and your scaley family!!

Julie you could never be chopped liver - I am so sorry I forgot to list you. You know how happy I was to see you, I always am. As for the bitaeniatus, I never Planned on buying them!!! I am a bad person, I was looking at the williamsi when Nick offered me 6 bitaeniatus for what I should have paid for one. It was the end of the show and he wanted to unload them. And they are cute......... and I have no willpower - no I guess I have no won't power.

Will you forgive me?
