Tanked was meh. Way cooler builds in the SW aquarium hobby. They were more for showy furniture than an actual reef/aquatic replication.

It is pretty cool eating dinner at rum fish looking into that big one they made there though. I liked the first few seasons then got burnt out on it.

Well, I know I'm resurrecting this post, but an update relating to the show. On my travels today I came across one of the builds featured on it. The enclosureygot rehomed which didn't surprise me as while it looked cool, it was arguably useless in terms of actually keeping a reptile due to design. It is the one issue I had with the show is that it showed off some builds that while they looked nice, it sacrificed the usability of them. I like a nice mix between form and function, usually ensuring that function is not impacted. For example, there are ways I can change the enclosure I have to make it more pleasing to the eye without sacrificing it's functionality.
