Fogging would be the best way to get nighttime humidity up. But if you fog make sure your nighttime temps are below 68 Fahrenheit. I’m not sure about daytime humidity but I’m sure someone else will pop in and help you with it.

screen, in the day its like 40-50 and at night its about the same which is not good

You could wrap some of your enclosure with corrugated plastic and that will help hold humidity in. What are your night temps?

Id suggest wrapping the sides in plastic wrap and if that doesnt work then do the back as well.
