I need help on the sex and age of my veiled chameleon

Hello! I am new to this forum page and am not quite sure if I’m posting on the right thing, so I apologize if I’m not. I recently got a veiled chameleon about 2 months ago and I got “her” from petsmart (I know!! terrible place to buy one from) but they were unable to tell me if it was a boy or girl or the age. Although I purchased my baby as a juvenile I’m not quite sure if it really was a juvenile and would love some help! I know nobody’s going to be able to give me a definitive answer for age, I just want to see if someone experienced can guesstimate for me, would be very appreciated!
Here are a few pictures of my baby from just a few days ago

my guess is 5-6 months. Clarice started showing similar color on her casque around that age. She's about 7-8 months now and show much more color, even at rest. My profile picture is Clarice around that age.

Because you bought her at Petsmart I can almost guarantee you that they gave you wrong husbandry information for your girl. She looks to be in good health now, but if you could please find the time to fill out this form it could really help you find out you're doing all the right things to keep her happy and healthy for years to come. Welcome to the forum!

I had heard they’d give most false info at petsmart so I didn’t really take into account what they said and did a lot of research . I’m just glad I did my research before getting her so she’s as healthy as she’s can be

Right now for lighting I’m using a zoomed two bulb fixture (the one that comes in the Chameleon kits from zoomed) and the bulbs are a zoomed reptisun 5.0 ubv and a 50 watt zoomed daylight blue bulb. Should I be using different bulbs ?

Yes those are worthless. Especially the UVB bulb. You need a T5HO linear with a 5.0 bulb. I'm surprised your blue basking bulb is still working. They usually break around 24hrs in.

Oo thank you for the diagram it’s very helpful! I was wondering why I’ve broke almost 4 of those blue bulbs, I thought it was something I was doing. Again Thanks for your help
