I got a veiled cham about 3 weeks ago now he is about a year old, I have him in the meshed enclosure with vines, artificial plants I use a fogger and a manual mister everyday. I feed hiedium medium crickets and 2 or 3 superworms dusted with none d3 calcium. I have seen him pushing up on the door of the cage and I noticed today that he has lost the scales at the front of his peak. It looks like a smooth tip now. HELP!!!

What SIZE cage is it? He may be trying to get out because its too confining. You could glue a piece of smooth foam (I'm thinking something like the self adhesive padded weather stripping for house doors) on the frame of the door where he's trying to push through. It might keep him from damaging his casque and nose.
