I need some ideas

hello - I currently own a 8 month old panther and he's very active and LOVES coming out of his cage- I actually sometimes leave his cage door open and find him walking around my room sometimes, since he loves to do this I am interested in making him a free-range next to his cage so he can just chill. Wanted to see some of your ideas with your free-range. pics would be appreciated !

I have fake trees and vines next to the cages. For the guys that are more shy I can connect a vine from the trees to the cage so they can go out on their own. We put some astro turf under the trees for when they decide to poop out there.

This is how it was set up before we had 3 cages in there.

Thanks for the reply and pics! I definitely do not have enough room to put a giant plant next to the cage because I have slanted walls but I was thinking about maybe getting a little plant and put some vines across the walls or something just so he has something there- I am also going to make him an outdoor enclosure just so when it's real nice out he can hang out there too! he is just so active and always wants to be out of his cage

For out door cages you can be as easy as an extra screen cage like our adopted boy has (its 24x24x48), but when putting it outside be sure to tie it to something as I have heard many stories of cages blowing over and chameleons getting lost. I tie Monty's to the tree.

or you can get creative and make a cage from all sorts of material. These are crepe myrtle branches, natural vines, couple fake vines and plastic chicken fence. I have seen nice outdoor cages made with PVC pipes as well. I also have a misting system hooked up to them that just hooks to the garden hose.
