From what I have heard, I’m pretty sure chameleons don’t take naps during the day. It isn’t a good sign if they are. She might be trying to get out of the cage because she doesnt have the proper temperatures. I’m not an expert, I’m just going off of what I have read on the forums from the enthusiasts. One of the enthusiasts can tell you more about it.

If it is avoidable you should not be flying with your chameleons, ESPECIALLY if you think she is nearing her gravid state.
Your chameleon should not be sleeping during the day, but if you take her out of her enclosure she may be colder and it may be darker than inside the enclosure which could trigger her to sleep. But day time sleeping is a sign of illness and stress overload.
You should not allow your chameleon to spend all day in front of the window unless you have a free range with uv lights. Uv rays do not penetrate the glass.
What is spa time?
Your chameleon will not be stressed without your presence for 20 days, and likely wont even notice you are gone. No offense.
If your chameleon tries so hard to leave the enclosure, it may mean it is not suitable for her.

If your chameleon is closing her eyes during the day, she is either very sick or extremely stressed and is just shutting down. Chameleons are silent creatures. If you are hearing any noises from your cham, again, it is either sick, in pain or beyond extremely stressed. I suggest you read all you can here and listen to the podcasts as well. @jamest0o0 just may be right. ?

The coo sound may be a hiss. Which indicates aggression and stress. But she doesn't bite. ?

Or the sounds of a respiratory infection. Only one time did I ever hear my cham make any noise...it was when I first got her and knew nothing about chams. I grabbed her from the top and didn’t realize her tail was wrapped around a vine...she squeaked. ? Poor Grumpy had to tolerate my ignorance.

??? ??? They can squeak? ?
I didn't think any kind of vocalization was possible—especially for an animal that doesn't have ears.
TMK only geckos have vocal chords.

But looking it up, it's... curiouser and curiouser.... I have no idea.

She does this at least once or twice a day, the Chameleonroom doubles as my computer room, so I am in there about 2 hours a day plus ...

Veiled chameleons vibrate...but there should be no sound that a human and hear when they do that.

Does she have a laybin IN her cage?

Your chameleon is not a dog nor is it a bearded dragon and she should not be handled a lot....or massaged. If she's out in the room a lot, how is she getting exposure to the UVB, time to bask or access to water. How warm is the room?
