@Walstrom305 Your chameleon looks like his eye is bothering him. He's pulling it into his head and squinting. It is possible he has something in the eye turret (the fused eyelids).
Chameleons need misting not only to drink but to clean their eyes. You aren't misting nearly enough. Based on your description of his stool, I suspect he is quite dehydrated.
Take his plant (or even his whole cage) and put it into a shower. Run the shower at about body temperature and aim it at the wall NOT the chameleon or the where he is sitting. You want a fine foggy mist to gently fall around him. Run the shower for 20 minutes and see if that doesn't help.
I honestly don't think you can keep a chameleon healthy without an automatic misting system.
I'm also a bit concerned that there are so many parameters around what your family will accept and will not accept with regard to basic husbandry. You might want to rethink keeping a chameleon if you are not able to meet his needs. Chameleons are not as flexible as other pets and you really need to give them what they need rather than what is convenient.
