I have the Time Warner Cable bundle. Not that expensive and so far very reliable.

i think it took me like 3-4 weeks or something? cant remember exactly./ hahaha i think it depends on a balance of rep + post count. so post really good stuff and hopefully you can get rep and "rank" up faster. although the only thing that changes pretty much is the number of PMs you can have im pretty sure..
