During my times searching the interwebs i realized most chameleons curl there tails but my male veiled has never even attempted to curl his. Should i be worried?

I don't think it's a big deal if it isn't curled during the day while he's roaming around. However, it should be curled while sleeping I believe.. Is it straight while sleeping? I'm not expert by any means, but I know mine always has his tail curled while sleeping

Does he not even use it when climbing? They seem to curl their tails more when they're uncomfortable, partly to make themselves look bigger against an opponent and partly (I speculate) forthe same reason we tuck our legs when we're swimming and feel uncomfortable being all stretched outand vulnerable.

His tail is curled a little but barely at the bottom but thats all.

First take the image, get it onto your computer. I always save mine to my desktop. Then I use tinypic.com to upload it, get a link with a .jpg or .png format, and then it will code it for you if you hit the little icon above where you type that is a yellow-ish image with a mountain looking thing.
