Which way would be the best, to place my cpanther eggs in a container and poke the hole in the top or actually use a Hovabator?

Most seem to use the sandwhich cont, methode. Maybe others will offer some opinions I have never tried an incubator, but I do have one new in the box I plan to try out.

I put mine in a container with damp vermiculite, no holes in the lid. Then my sealed container goes in the hoverbator. Incubated at a steady 73-74. They started hatching at 5 months and the entire clutch took 8 weeks to hatch. 90% hatch rate. 100% survival rate.

I put mine in sealed Tupperware with no holes ( burping the lid from time to time) with vermiculite and use the closet method. I keep them a little cooler the first 2 months ( like 68 69 ) then put them in a warmer spot 74 76, (sometimes it gets a little higher) for the remainder. Mine hatch out in 7 months I have had 100% hatch and 100% survive. The clutches hatch out in 7 to 10 days time
