Introducing Jackie

Hello, Today was repticon in my town and I came back with a new pet and a cage setup for him. Here is Jackie my Jackson's chameleon.

So far he seems more docile than my veiled, he has not hissed or bit at me while I was making some adjustments to his cage. I took the advise from forum members and got one a little older. After brought him home I went to a petshop and got a fogger to help with his humidity. A quick question how long are you supposed to run it a day and how thick of humidity need I live in FL if that matters where it is quite humid anyways. Here is to a hopefully long life with him and hope he takes to me like I see some peoples chams take to them.

I use a repti-fogger by ZooMed for my Crested Geckos and I bought the ZooMed Hygrotherm switch and love it. You just tell it what % humidity you want and run a sensor down the back of your tank and it will shut the fogger on/off to keep up the humidity. I would have one for my Chams except I have 4 of them now and it would kill me $$$

I just put the order in for that item. Right now hes in what is a tiny cage for when he is older. But for now its a good size cage for him at this age. I got a package deal from a booth for $125 to get a reptibreeze cage with the lighting and vines a piece of wood a strand of leaves and a full container of calcium and vitamins one of each. over all not a bad deal.
