is a blue and white grow light safe + does anyone know how to program this light properly?

this is the plant grow light in neptune the chameleons kit, but as far as i know you shouldn’t have blue light in a chameleon enclosure at all. the problem i’m having with it is that i can’t have it on only white light for 12 hours and then off for 12 hours, the 12 hour setting turns it blue at night. is it okay if the blue light is going on at the same time as the white light?
the only other way i can get this to work is putting it on a timed outlet, which automatically sets it to white and blue light at the same time. i leave for school before the light cycle starts so i can’t manually change it to only white light every day. i just have it off for right now because i don’t want to risk it if the blue light isn’t safe.

You are correct, blue lights are not safe. I’d see if you can return it to buy another one that is safe when put on a timer
