Is he growing? Should I be worried?

Hello all, I've had Ricky for over a month now, and I was wondering if I should be worried because he doesn't seem to have grown yet. I don't know how old he is, I was told "fairly young" when I got him from the pet store. His droppings are healthy and he drinks water from a pipette. I also leave a dripper there and I mist his cage in the morning and a few hours before bed. He has a t8 10.0 uvb bulb and a heat lamp which he basks under daily (it's about 80-90 f there) he eats 6 dubias in the morning dusted with repashy calcium plus on weekdays and they are gutloaded with repashy superload. He is active and grumpy lately he hasn't let me handle him in a week or so. But he just doesn't seem like he's growing to me. The picture of him on my hand is from the day I got him (November 14th) and the other is him now. Then there's a picture of his spurs because people are always asking me if I'm sure he's a male.

I use a kitchen scale i got from amazon to see how much my reptiles grow each week, super easy.

If he is eating n drinking well ,and if u been see him shedding then he must be growing.

I haven't seen him shed. He eats everyday, 6 dubia roaches dusted with repashy calcium plus every weekday and the dubias are gutloaded with repashy superload

Give it time he shall shed soon ,mist him with lots luke warm water,and once he bask when the skin start looks wrinkle,the shed will comes.
As far as the feeders,more variety is the key ,add some silkworm n hornworm in the diet that will spur his growth,especially silkworm has lots protein ratio in them n its very nutritious for the cham.
He looks around 3.5month old in ur pic,at this stage ,the cham needs as much feeders to grow into his adulthood.

Second that. He so young, you really cant overfeed him at that age. Give him as many feeder as he will eat.
