Is he healthy... :'(

Hi all, I've just brought my first Chameleon 3 days ago. Today I notice his eyes are a bit sunken (may be he's a bit dehydrate?), the left eye does not look normal like the right one, there're also black dots on his skin and a black mark along the tail. I have no experience about Chameleon, so I want to ask if he looks like a healthy guy to you, or I'm just paranoid? I would really appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on this :'( Thanks.

He looks a bit dehydrated but not bad. Water that boy. Stick him in the shower (warm water, indirect spray, for around 30 minutes). That should help big time. Is he drinking water? I assume you're misting his cage and using a dripper?

Currenty i'm only misting 2 times a day. Maybe a dripper is nessesary. I'll try give him a long shower first. Thanks.

If you are only misting twice a day, definitely add the dripper. If you mist more than the dripper may not be necessary. But in my opinion, its always good to have a constant source of water for any animal so I always vote for a dripper.

He doesnt look too bad though.

Increase ur misting time longer n more often, once the eye became sunken, that means it already went through so many days or even weeks without enough water in its system.
Chameleon's eyes is like a water balloon, the more water in there, the fuller it becomes.
In ur veiled cham situation,it can be reverse, but u will have to make sure ur veiled is taking the water in otherwise u are just watering on ur plants n cages without any benefit for the cham.
