This is my first time I have a female chameleon and I would like to know, if I need to have a male chameleon?

Yes,now plan for the laying bin,u got 3month to go,make sure u gutload all ur feeders,learn to share all ur vegetables with her,she doesnt need a male,she need you!!!As far as I know, she will lay eggs around 5 or 6 months old. Am I correct ?
