Is it normal for Panther Chameleons to take naps during the day? Everything else seems normal...he eats a lot...normal droppings and urine color. I just happen to see my little male Buster near the basking light under a leaf with his eyes shut.

He "may" be too hot. 90 seems a bit high for a little guy, try for 85 max until he gets a little bigger. Also, does the repashy calcium pus have d3 in it already? If so giving an additional d3 supplement every week is too much. You will also need a multivitamin for once a month, but don't give it at the same time as the repashy.

I don't have experience using the repashy products, maybe it s the all in one I was thinking of. Either way, cut back the d3 to 2 Tim a month, once if you take him outside frequently.

he better be a he! lol...he's pretty camera shy...living in la, we don't like the paparazzi.

Hmmm.... Hard to tell. The first two are hard to see with that sunlight, it looks like he may be a male, but the last one makes me think female. Especially with how pink he is. Maybe someone else will chime in :)

uggg...I guess time will tell. Well here is a pic of Miss Lizzy, another Krammers. She's only like 15 days older, but like 3 times the size!

lol, hmm...or maybe I did, but I'm pretty certain I didn't get the lids mixed up.

Haha yeah females are usually mostly pinkish hues where males start to get their colors around that age, what locale are they? But yeah I stick by my thoughts. I guess just switch the names haha!

Wayne, it looks like they just didn't flaunt it, as the Vitamins section of ingredients lists "Vitamin D Supplement" which would be D3 presumably, since I don't think reptiles process any other forms of vitamin D.
Hopefully, someone with more knowledge of vitamins will chime in to confirm or refute this.
