Is Jango too small?

Jango (male panther) is now almost 10 months old, and even though his blues are coming in great, he seems to be very small. When Jasper (male panther 2) was 9 months old he was much bigger than jango is today. I dont have his readings from when he was 10 months old but from photos i can tell he was bigger. Jasper is 2 and Jango is almost 10 months old. Here are both of there readings:

Jango: 10 months old, 60 grams, 6 inches snout to vent, 11 inches with tail.
Jasper: 2 years old, 140 grams, 8 inches snout to vent, 17 inches with tail.
Both of them have similar diets.
Here is a photo of them next to eachother Jasper is surprisingly chill with him jango got a little mad.

no he is 100% male he has a tail bulge and is blue.

here are some better photos for comparison. The last one is Jasper aged 8 months old and bigger than Jango who is 10 months old. I know it can be an idividual thing but the difference seems to prominent that i dont think its genes.

Well its changed as hes grown up right now im feeding him roughly 3-5 bugs probably 5 times a week.

You shouldnt feed based off the age, feed based off the weight. In other words you can be feeding him daily until he reaches a good size and then start reducing.

ok so how much food should a 60 gram male panther get a day?

I would do 5-8 daily.
