Yeah that's what I meant... He's having a hard time catching water drops no matter how slow the dripper is.

Having live plants will help with that as well because he will lap the water from the leaves. Otherwise he looks good.

Thank you! I’ll get a dwarf umbrella this week. I tried so hard finding an Arcadia fixture but couldn’t find it in US. So I bought a Reptisun T5 HO instead. The dome I got from zoo med chameleon kit, I can still use it for heating, right?

Yeah you can use the dome from the zoomed kit. Just use one side for the heat and switch the other off. In the future if you want to replace your bulbs with the Arcadia brand www.lightyourreptiles.com sells them. Just get a bulb that is 2 inches shorter then your fixture size. So if you have a 24 inch fixture get the 22 inch bulb

Another question is, do you think he looks sick from the pictures? I noticed the “pimples” on his head are getting a little more prominent.

Poops look good but I'm always worried about hydration. I use spray bottle and now have fake plants but they are hard to hold water. He tries to drink water coming out from the dripper but he's kinda always too late to catch. I bought a CliMist but haven't received it yet.

A misting system is a must. It will make your life a lot easier and will help him hydrate. Hornworms are also 80% plus moisture, so feeding them on regular basis can also help keep his liquid intake up.
