Hello guys ... not sure where to start...
since i got my buddy Mo! we had some troubles..
cocidioses did he had... and bad drinking
but since a week or 2.. He drinks allot more then often..
even from the handsprayer.... and he
is laying funky down.. at a branch.... the owner told me when
we bought him thats 3 years ago... that he was around 1.5 years old...
he is half translucent... the one in my profiel pic...
is he just getting old.... ? when he lays down.. thats mostly
3 hours before the lights goes of... he lies on a branch.. a bit
whit his mouth open.. 0.5 cms... and is laying..
that is something he started with the last 2 to 3 weeks..
any advice? that you can give me??? Thx.... :(

Sorry Mo is poorly. Four and a half years + could mean old age. Do you think your vet would be able to help mo? Or do you think it's time to to alter his viv for safety in case of falls. Mouth open could be a sign of infection which may be treatable if he is strong enough. I read that he is drinking. Is he eating? If not because of his eagerness to drink it may be an easy matter to give him bug juice.

yess he eats... 1 or 2 big locusts every other day
since the day i transported him from small tot big
viv.. thats like 3 years ago he had something with his tongue and dindt shoot far but he eats very well and he is big to...
lately he is drinking allot... realy allot.. it isnt realy open like
that he has it to hot.. just a small part ....
and no all the pets vets are **** here in holland to bad :(

is it sunny and warm where you are? If so take mo outside and let him enjoy the sun, just in case the worst happens. Keep his water intake up and make sure he keeps eating. May be old age. If his mouth is open a lot it could be a number of things. We don't know everything about mo so we can't really say for certain how he typically acts. Do all you can for mo and show him some extra love, just in case. Best wishes.

his sleeping postion these days.. :(

He really doesn't look good. Do you think he is suffering? Is there no vet that can see him?

I really think you should take him to a vet that knows chameleons, he doesn't look that good. I hope he's ok
