Every time I walk in my room my Cham is grey and her bearded puff up but when I get a bit closer to her she turns light green is she ok she is a baby
Is my Cham ok

I gutload carrots cilantro and mustard greens and I use a spiral bulb for u. And another led for us to I use a 70 watt heat bulb for heat

These are extremely important. Specifically the uvb lighting, supplements, feeders and gutload... If you do not make the changes that were given a month ago in the above thread you will end up with a very sick cham.

My Cham is a veiled female I don’t know the age I’ve had it for about a month I’ve never handled my Cham ever I need help with that i feed my baby Cham about 8 crickets a day. I gutload cilantro and carrots I use zoomed phosphrus free without d3 calcium everyday and I alternate relativity and calcium with d3 e1nce a week I mist the color is not realy wet or dry in the middle has a tiny bit of orange at the end of its rates my cage is a screen cage mesh is use a 70 watt household bulb for heat I also use a spiral uv bulb zoomed and a
Ed bulb for Extra effect of uv the temp turn is around 84 degrees humidity about 40 percent no live plants its cage is on my floor no air trafickting i live in Austin texas

You pmed me about this topic. I asked about your husbandry and if you changed your lights, you said that your dad wouldnt let you get a new light. If you cannot get the proper supplies for your chameleon, you are not qualified to have him. Either get your parents to help you buy the correct things, or look into rehoming this chameleon. I know this is isnt what you wanted to hear but this chameleon will suffer without proper husbandry in the long run.

I am sorry @PascalTheChamelon123 but @Ares05 is 100% Lighting is not something you can skimp on. He will die without it.
I am a parent also so I see their side. I just spent x dollars and know you want how much more???
So options are limited. Must have light. But don't give up. First understand your parents, it may be just right now they do not want to spend. Show what you have learned and explain its importance and that you are willing to find him a better home if necessary.
So now what ? They say ok I understand, but just can't spare it right now. A very real answer for many.
So short term solutions. Can you get him outside? If you can give him 3 to 5 hours of natural sunlight a day it will suffice until you can get proper light.
OK So can't get him out side. Well now you need to call on the mercy of all you know and try to collect the funds, Chores rake leaves what ever, but I would not give too long. They grow fast, and at this age they can develop problems fast.
Unfortunately to be successful in exotics, usually requires decent upfront , as well as maintenance cost. At 15 I got a job to support my habit. $100 a week I was thriving in the 80s
I had a secret weapon, my mom loved the animals too.

I do not see any screaming signs, but it is a picture through a screen. Buy the time you see outward signs you have permanent damage.
Only an x-ray and blood work could give proper diagnoses.
So if you do not mind me asking. May I ask your age ? And what other pets you house hold has. These are not limiting factors, but it will help if you want advice. You have established that parents are involved, which is great. But you will need their support on this venture. If I have an idea of your situation I am willing to help. This will likely require You to do some work, and understand your parents position. Can they afford, dare there a number of kids. Do they like reptiles.
It is obvious you care and want to keep her. Do not get caught up looking for the answers you want. Accept what is given. I do sympathies with you.

I see so for them they are just a lizard, they don't really need all that fancy stuff. They are just trying to sell you stuff. Sound close?
Without the love it can be difficult to explain the care.
So I am guessing the light is the key thing you need, correct ? Do you have a way of earning money? chores babysit, part time job what ever?
Is this an absolute no from them, or just a not right now no? Any chance one of them is into house plants?

My dad said I can I get one th50 her t8 also my chameleons been trying to escape from its cage it’s been sitting at the floor of its cage nudging it’s head against the cage

Good to hear on light. Now quick look up laying bins before she gets egg bound. Not that dramatically of course, but my guess on trying to escape is to look fo a lay bin. My female is content most of the time, but when receptive or gravid she wants to search.
You can make a zero cost bin.

Seriously, The can lay as early as 5 months. I was caught off guard with mine as I figured I had time, and no exact age, but she looked small?
If you have an age and it is well under 5 months, I would need to see more of the set up to even guess.
For what it is worth at least she is active.
