Is my cham overweight?

HI I'm new here but ivery been using the forum for a while I have a question about my male veild cham, is he over weight I'm not sure I got him at a petsmart since I know how the animals are there I felt like I needed to get him so I did anyways I got him I don't know the age I was told around 4 months they start getting their color so I'm going to say he's 4 months old. Anyway when I grab him he lays in my hand stomach touching everything I'm not sure if he's over weight he has never fallen from a branch of anything so I know he's not hurt, does he look overweight?

Metabolic bone disease...has a calcium imbalance. What supplements SPECIFICALLY do you use and how often for each? What do you feed/gutload the insects with? What's the basking temperature?

Are you sure he is really a he?? Pet stores always tell people they are being sold a male. We need good pictures of the back feet. Do you see Spurs on the back feet??

Yes he's a male I also checked those too

I use reptical 1 day a week the basking is 80-90F I give him crickets and superwoman I feed them carrots and potatoes for a few days before I feed him

Ah ok good, on top of everything else I didn't want you to be surprised by needing a laying bin. But I do agree that he looks sick, I think you should get him to a vet asap. If you need help finding one in your area there is a great thread of area vets in the health section. If you read through it and do not see one in your area just post where you live and someone may know a vet. The vet will also be able to help you with the care your new cham needs. Good luck!!

You're supplementing him incorrectly. I suggest you fill out the how to ask for help form and look at the veiled care sheets and look at the post stickied to the top of the page about MBD. He's going to need to go to the vet

Tom correct the MBD it's recommended that you give the chameleon a liquid calcium sandoz or gluconate until the bones and muscles are strong again while still providing a proper supplement schedule and appropriate basking temperatures and well fed/gutloaded insects and proper UVB.
