Is my egg hatching or dead?!! Good news or Bad?

Hello, I got this egg for free when I got my Cham, it's been incuabting for around 6+months already, today when I checked I saw this...since it's my first egg so I'm pretty ignorant to what the process/what it looks like when they hatch, I haven't messed with the egg and I have been checking on it every two weeks in the last month or so. Fingers crossed??

Ok so guys the egg looks the same today ? how long can they take to get out?
