Is my Jackson cage ok?

Hello, I recently got a 6 month old male Jackson chameleon. After doing all my research I thought I had everything perfect. 4 bulbs, later I now have the temps perfect. 80-85 degree basking spot, 75 throughout and a humidity in the 70%. But he still stays a dark brown but other then that is active and fine and eating very well. So I'm beginning to wonder if it's my overall setup.
He has climbing branches and a corn cane plant. I'm not sure how to post pictures or I would.
How densely planted should a Jacksons cage be?

A Pic would be helpful. :)

Temp wise; my Jacksons personally hates any temp (basking or other wise) over 75 degrees. Anything over that and mine starts to gape. My overall cage is around 70, and the basking area a few degrees above that...but I know there are some that may prefer it a tad warmer.....

I would take a more leavy plant with mor branches life a ficus...
If you're bummed you have to search for your chameleon, you're doing it right.

I think you should aim for around 80f as basking, 85f will make to big of a part of the enclosure to warm for most of the day and he will mostly avoid that space.

I also think he would apreciate some more horizontal branches.
