Is my Veiled Chameleon too small for 3 and a half years old?

Got my scale baby Kaiju on August 20th, 2015 from a breeder in Austin I think he was younger than 6 weeks but I can't remember. Kaiju has been fed a variety of insects ( crickets, superworms, hornworms, and currently dubia and orange head roaches) that are gutloaded from carrots to mangos different cham safe veggies and fruits. I dust with herptivite, calcium with d3, and calcium without d3 sporadically in a month. Herptivite and calcium d3 separately twice a month and the calcium without d3 randomly. He is in a 6.5 x 3 x 1.5 enclosure with a hibiscus, gardenia, and pothos plant. He has a reptirain mister that sprays 45 seconds every 3 hours and sometimes I'll just spray him randomly. His baking temp is around 87 degrees and his ambient temp is 75 with the coldest (bottom of enclosure being 60) his humidity is at 60. He has an Exo Terra Sun-Glo Basking Infrared Spot Lamp, 150-Watt/120-Volt (his basking spot is around 14 inches away from the bulb) and a Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 UVB bulb on an 8am-8pm timer. I think he is a little under 12 inches long from head to the tip of the tail. He is only handled when we need to clean his enclosure but is fairly active and friendly (although he does not like males). He's almost 4 years old but seems small to me. I'm not that worried he seems really healthy and happy just curious. Here are some pictures from when I first got him to a year ago to today.

No my veiled chameleon is only 13 inches and he’s over 2 years now, they can’t always be big haha although he has a weird looking veil has the top ever been surgeically removed

No that's how he's always has been lol but it might be the angle that's him in my profile pic which is a much better angle of his veil.
