I have my female jackson chameleon for over 4 months now I never seen her that dark. Mine had more dots or circle pattern when she was gravid.

She maybe seems a bit stressed, I suggest you seperate the 2 of them into their own enclosures, you will probably notice an improvement in colour, I am not expert with jacksons but that is what I think.
