Is this a burn or a scar?

So Darwin has had this spot on his lower lip for a few weeks now. It's not bothering his eating or anything like that, and when he sheds this part of him still sheds, I'm just worrying probably. He still acts healthy as ever, he's very active and drinks and eats normally. The inside of his mouth looks absolutely normal so I don't think it's mouth rot, it just looks like a little scar to me but I would like to know what everyone thinks. Thank you.

I think it's a patch of old skin but I can't tell for sure from the picture.
It doesn't look like the burns I've seen.

Thank you, like I said, the spot sheds like normal when he does. It's been there through two sheds, it's just slightly discolored and it worries me.

I can't find what you are worried about, so I don't think there is anything to worry about.
